Mailing Instructions
Be sure to include all pages of your order form (be sure to fill out completely and sign), a return address, any originals (video cassettes, pictures, disks, memory cards, etc.), and payment. Be sure to package your cassettes or disks securely in a padded mailer. Starry Elf Studios cannot be responsible for materials damaged on the way to our PO Box. Please contact us with any questions prior to sending out your order. If unsure how to calculate your payment amount, please contact us prior to sending your order.
Return shiping charges apply and will depend on the number of cassettes sent or DVDs ordered. You will be billed actual shipping fees. A shipping bill will be sent once we receive your order (but before your order is completed).
